Founded in 2008, Impact Hub is a global network of coworking hubs harnessing the power of collaboration and innovation to build a sustainable future. Sustainability and flexibility permeate the third London office, Euston, which has been furnished with EFG’s products.
Today, Impact Hub operates in 120 locations across 60 countries, with three offices in London. At the Euston office on Triton Square, entrepreneurs, startups, and organisations focusing on socially and environmentally sustainable projects are offered office spaces.

– “We have previously collaborated with Impact Hub in a coworking space combined with a showroom in Stockholm, which was very successful, so we wanted to create something similar but larger here in London,” says Errin McGrath, interior designer at Elevate.
The premises cater to traditional office spaces, team spaces for companies combining physical and remote work, and hourly-based coworking memberships, allowing tenants to use the office as much or as little as they need.
– “The design concept centres on community and innovation, welcoming visitors to a large and open area, smaller private offices and phone booths, bookable meeting rooms, and informal meeting spaces, all to accommodate a wide range of work tasks and needs,” explains Errin.
Sustainable Ideas, Spaces, and Furniture
The building is rated “Excellent” by the environmental certification system BREEAM. Designed for energy efficiency and sustainability, the interiors also needed a sustainable profile.
– “In addition to fostering community and inclusion for Impact Hub members, we also focused on sustainability with a thoughtfully chosen natural palette of materials like cork, wood, and felt light fixtures, as well as colours inspired by nature, such as green, terracotta, and ash,” Errin shares.
EFG furniture is made from renewable and recyclable materials, including FSC®-certified (FSC-C009111) wood and other controlled sources. Scandinavian design meets sustainability in the kitchen through a mix of Zoe and Nova chairs, made of 96% wood, and the playful Sela stool, which is 76% recyclable.
Sustainability was one of the most important criteria throughout the project. For example, coffee tables feature EFG frames, and the tops from Smile Plastics are made from recycled kitchen materials such as yoghurt containers.”

The sustainability approach continues with the Archie chair in the touchdown areas. Archie is one of the most environmentally friendly plastic chairs on the market, as it contains no fibreglass or wood fibres, ensuring it remains 100% recyclable without quality loss.
Space for Events and Social Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are inspired by historical figures who have made a lasting impact on Camden’s community, bearing names such as Olaudah Equiano, Claudia Jones, Rosalind Franklin, and Mark Ashton. One of the meeting rooms is furnished with the Continue table and mint-green Woods chairs, where the chair upholstery is replaceable as no glue is used between the fabric and foam.
Impact Hub London is not just a state-of-the-art coworking space; it is also ideal for hosting small or large events. This area is Errin’s favourite part of the project. The large, bright premises have a flexible layout and can accommodate up to 180 guests for conferences, award ceremonies, and parties. Social spaces feature comfortable seating such as the Ori and Mingle modular sofas, and the iconic Evo lounge chair, with its 3D-knitted fabric seat and back crafted in a single piece.
– “We wanted to create a space where people can connect with each other. The layout was designed to inspire innovation and provide an accessible, inclusive space for everyone. Tenants take pride in the office and appreciate its calming atmosphere with comfortable, high-quality furniture,” concludes Errin.
