Sustainability in Every Detail

Reco is made from FSC® certified* wood and recycled materials, it’s a responsible choice for eco-conscious spaces.

“When developing new products, we constantly conduct EPD analysis to carefully evaluate the environmental impact of different materials. By choosing a wooden structure over metal reduces the chair’s greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20 percent, making wood the better choice for both sustainability and functionality,” says Andreas Mattisson, Manager Product Development at EFG.

Reco’s EPD analysis offers transparency on materials and production, so that an informed and conscious decision can be made.

“We wanted Reco to be sleek and unobtrusive, so it wouldn’t dominate a room visually, especially in larger spaces. Its design is meant to enhance, not overpower, the environment,” say designers Berg & Hindenes.

Reco, with its minimalist design and versatile configurations, offers three models and flexible base options, each featuring a tilt mechanism that provides a soft, swaying motion for optimal user comfort.
